OSF Bushels of Hope Preparing for Another Season

Share

Author: WMOI/WRAM Intern Ethan Potter

With the Corn getting about knee-high, It might be time to start thinking about where those bushels can go. Tyler Sherwood with the OSF Bushels of Hope campaign shares with us one of the avenues Farmers looking to make a difference can take:

“Our Bushels of Hope Campaign is an opportunity for our local farmers to donate via bushels direct to OSF right here at Holy Family, to any service they choose. So its a really exciting opportunity for a really flexible giving vehicle for these farmers to execute on their intent and their philanthropic goals”

Some of those options farmers have for their donations to help out are Children’s health initiatives, Mental health programs, Cancer Treatment and Supportive systems, or the local areas greatest need.

If you’re a farmer in the local area looking for further information on this campaign, you can contact Tyler Sherwood at 309-615-2377.
