Stacey Welsh, 47, of Bushnell, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026, in her home. She was born July 25, 1978 in Canton, Illinois, the daughter of Rich Roe. She was raised and educated in Cuba, Illinois and graduated from Bushnell High School in 1996.

She married Jeremy Welsh on June 10, 2022, in Bushnell and he survives.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Jeremy of Bushnell; children, Brandon, Sean, and Deven (Demi Dainty) Welsh; father, Rich Roe; nephews, Logan and Trenton Roe; and mother-in-law, Vicky Oyler.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Tom Roe; grandmother, Betty Myers; father-in-law, Carl Oyler; and brother-in-law, Erik Oyler.

Stacey worked for Casey’s and Dollar General in Bushnell for several years. She loved her cat Steve and enjoyed spending time with her family. She also liked to play darts.

Cremation rites have been accorded with a Celebration of Stacey’s life to be held from 10:00 a.m.-1:00p.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Veteran’s park in Bushnell. Memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family and left in the care of the funeral home. Moore Memorial Home, Avon, is handling the arrangements.
