Results of the 4-H Ewe Lamb Show

Final results of the Knox County 4-H Ewe Lamb show include Grand Champion Ewe Ainsley Link and Reserve Grand Champion Ewe Cami Powell. 

Grand Champion Ewe, Ainsley Link, mentions what the judges said about her winning Ewe and how she is taking the comments from the judge to help her prepare for the Throwdown.

“The judge really liked my Ewe flexibility and how elite looking she was”, says Link, “Definitely practice with my Ewe a lot. Make sure she’s ready and just being with her a lot and just getting her prepared.”

Cami Powell, who received Reserve Grand Champion Ewe, shares her feelings about the showing experience, being in the ring, and the big relief after being a winning finisher.

“The experience is really great. It’s really fun to just go out in the ring, and usually when you win, it just-it’s a big relief after all the work you do. It just feels great”, says Powell.
