The first installment of 2025 Pay 2026 Real Estate Taxes have been collected in Warren County, informs Treasurer Danielle Cox:
“We collected $27,309,078.65. We have been very busy. I want to give a shout out to my staff. I double my staff because I can’t connect all the dots and count all the pennies without them. We take in a lot of tax payments. I am very appreciative that all the banks in Warren County and Raritan and Abingdon that take our payments as well,” reports Cox.
“With that $27 million that we collected, that is well over 200 deposits. Then we distribute. I am working on doing all the procedures and protocols to get ready for distribution. For taxing districts, be on the lookout, I’ll be sending that email you get and it should be hitting accounts,” Cox adds.
Second installment of Real Estate Tax payments are due October 30th, 2026. January 12th, 2027, is the ultimate last day to pay in Warren County before the Tax Sale. As a reminder, if you wait that long to pay, penalties and additional fees will be added to the price.
