Ted Leon Stull, age 64, of Raritan, IL, passed away at 7:04 a.m. Thursday, August 13, 2026 at his home.  He was born December 16, 1961 in LaHarpe, IL, the son of James “Jim” and Martha “Babe” Wallace Stull. On May 15, 1981, he married Paula Louise Holder in the Raritan Baptist Church.

Ted was machinist and welder for Yetter Manufacturing, first in Colchester and later in Macomb.  Earlier in life, he worked in construction for Mark Day, was employed by Zeta Manufacturing, Alexander Lumber Company, Hopson’s Sales and Service, and co-owned R & S Repair in Raritan.  He enjoyed hunting, boating, golfing, playing pool,  gardening, and tinkering on small engines in his garage. He also loved to go motorcycling.  He was a member of the NRA, Twin Oaks Colf Club of Blandinsville, and the Raritan Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Paula, one son, Seth (Jill) Stull of Fort Madison, IA, one daughter, Brooke (Mac) Day of Carman, IL, six grandchildren, Claire, Jon, Sage, Max, Leo, and Asa, (and one on the way),  one sister, Marcia Worley of Lomax, IL, and one brother Steve (Joan) Stull of Raritan.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Joy Stull, brother-in-law, Joe Worley, sister-in-law, Marlena Stull, and a nephew, Heath Forquer.

The funeral service for Ted will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 17, 2026 in the Raritan Baptist Church, with Rev Lee Valerius officiating.  Burial will follow in the Raritan Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Banks & Beals in Stronghurst.  Memorials have been established for Ronald McDonald House and Twin Oaks Golf Club.  Please visit Ted’s obituary at banksandbeals.com to leave a condolence.
