A familiar face at the Warren County YMCA, Tom Glenn, is preparing to retire following years of dedication to the organization and serving the local community, according to President and CEO Sam Brooks:
“Tom is hanging up the whistle, so to speak, or hanging up the cleats. On November 9th, he is going to retire, and we will be doing an Open House at the Y on the 9th from 3 to 5:30 pm in the AP Room. There will be refreshments and Tom will be there. He has done a lot of things at the Warren County YMCA, starting with youth sports and then transitioned into our Special Needs Athletic Program eleven or twelve years ago. I just want to make sure that we honor him with the respect he deserves.”
Glenn joined the Warren County YMCA family in 2004.
