On Thursday, November 12th, Tharp Auction Service will host the land auction of the Jacobson Family farmland shares Auctioneer Thad Tharp.
“Very thankful and proud that the Jacobson family from down south of Roseville, we get to work with them on representing their family farm at auction on November 12,” says Tharp.
“There’s about 375 acres in that. There are six tracts total; five are highly productive farmland, mainly tillable. Then tract six would be the house and the bins and the shed. Beautiful little house right there on Highway 67 south of Roseville. It’s a great farm that’s been in the family for many, many years. The Jacobson family has been absolutely wonderful to work with, and we were very thankful for the opportunity to be able to work with them.”
