Cottage Pediatric and Adolescent Care will host a Pfizer vaccination clinic for patients age 12 and up by appointment only on Friday, May 21st. Children to be vaccinated must be enrolled as a current patient of the pediatric clinic. The Pfizer vaccine was recently approved for use among children 12 years of age and older. Appointments are available by calling (309) 342-2144. No walk-ins will be accepted. The clinic office is in Suite 304 of the Cottage Medical Office Building located at 834 N. Seminary Street in Galesburg.
