During these chilly months, it’s exciting to think ahead to all that warm weather has to offer. The Tri-State Rodeo is eager to kick off the fun a little earlier this year! The Tri-State Rodeo Operating Committee is thrilled to announce a new event coming to the Fort Madison Area: the TSR Summer Roundup, which will take place inside the C.E. “Eddie” Richards Arena on June 20-21, 2025. This event will feature four national artists over the course of two days, culminating in an after-party each evening.

Shottenkirk Automotive Group is the headlining sponsor of the event, and many other local businesses have also signed on to support the weekend.

Known for its nationally recognized rodeo each September, the C.E. “Eddie” Richards Arena will showcase a new layout for the TSR Summer Roundup. The concerts will be held inside the arena with the stage positioned in the center, facing the covered grandstand section (the VIP area for rodeo fans). Concert-goers will have the option to purchase standing room and reserved seating in the VIP section, as well as two different ticket levels inside the arena. Single day and 2-day tickets will be available.

Headlining the event on Friday, June 20, is Dylan Scott! Scott is a powerful vocalist known for his deep, unmistakable drawl and his blend of old-soul songwriting with a youthful spirit. The ACM-nominated, multi-Platinum singer has achieved four No. 1 singles on the radio (“My Girl,” “Nobody,” “New Truck,” and “Can’t Have Mine”), along with a Top 5 hit, “Hooked.”

Opening for Scott is Ashley Cooke, who has amassed over 352 million global streams with chart-climbing hits like “Never Til Now” (featuring Brett Young) and “Your Place.” Cooke has made Ryman and Grand Ole Opry debuts and has appeared on national TV shows such as ABC’s The Bachelorette and NBC’s TODAY. She received her first CMT Award for Breakthrough Female Video of the Year at the 2024 CMT Awards and was nominated for ACM New Female Artist of the Year. Cooke has also been recognized as one of MusicRow’s 2023 Discovery Artist of the Year and iHeartCountry’s On The Verge artist.

On Saturday, June 21, the event will be headlined by Rodney Atkins, a country music artist with six No. 1 singles, eight Top 5 singles, and 3.8 billion career streams. Known for hits like “Farmer’s Daughter,” “These Are My People,” and “Cleaning This Gun,” Atkins continues to be recognized as one of the most powerful voices in country music.

Opening for Atkins is Easton Corbin, a talented artist who has been captivating fans for over a decade with his rich baritone voice and distinctive blend of traditional and contemporary country sounds. Corbin has two No. 1 singles (“A Little More Country Than That” and “Roll With It”) and seven Top 10 singles, including “A Girl Like You,” “All Over the Road,” and “Baby Be My Love Song.” With over 1 billion streams on Pandora and more than 440 million streams on Spotify, Easton Corbin promises a show you won’t want to miss!

Concert-goers can stick around the arena each night after the concert for an after-party featuring Bobby McClendon. Bobby McClendon and his band, the Dirt Road Cartel, offer an exciting live show with great vocals, charisma, and a strong work ethic that impresses audiences.

Gates will open at 5 PM on both nights, with entrance to the TSR Roundup on the north end of the arena. Concerts will begin at 7:30 PM each night. Tickets go on sale March 7, 2025, at 8 AM and will be available online at www.tsrsummerroundup.com.

Additionally, the Tri-State Rodeo Committee invites everyone to the 2025 Tri-State Rodeo Announcement Party, taking place at the Railyard Sports Bar in Fort Madison on Friday, March 28, 2025. The announcement will be made live at 8 PM, followed by live entertainment from the Bobby Ford Band.
