Illinois State Police Blackhawk Area Task Force Makes Arrests in Narcotics Investigations

The Illinois State Police Blackhawk Area Task Force (BATF), after a collaborative investigation with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and the Dixon Police Department, made two narcotics arrests related to different BATF ongoing investigations. On September 5, 2025, with assistance from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, BATF agents arrested 47-year-old Ricky C. Griffin Jr. of Dixon, IL, for Delivery of Cocaine (Class X Felony) and Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Class 1 Felony), and ​ 30-year-old Allison R. Dunne of Amboy, IL, for Delivery of Methamphetamine (Class X Felony). ​

The Blackhawk Area Task Force is comprised of personnel from ISP and law enforcement agencies covering Carroll, Henry, Lee, Stark, and Whiteside counties in Illinois, and Clinton County in Iowa. ​ BATF agents are focused on combatting drug trafficking through interagency investigations. 

The investigation remains open and ongoing and no further information is available at this time.

The charges are not evidence against the defendant, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
