United High School has joined a girls swimming co-op with Galesburg High School, that includes Monmouth-Roseville High School, as well. Currently, there’s one United girl on the co-op squad, Izzy Feehan. Feehan, just a freshman at United, is swimming several races in the varsity meets for the co-op. United Athletic Director Jeremy Sharp says she’s doing well.

Monmouth-Roseville has one swimmer on the co-op, as well, in senior Hayden Johnson. Johnson has won several races for the varsity so far this season.

The next meet for the co-op is at Macomb on Saturday. The next big invite will be next Saturday at the Normal Community Invitational. The Galesburg Silver Streak invite is on October 18th, followed by the Western Big Six Conference championship meet on October 25th at Moline High School.
