The 2025 IHSA Football Playoffs officially begin on Saturday, October 25 when the IHSA reveals the 256 qualifying teams and the brackets across all eight classes during the IHSA Football Playoff Pairings Show.
The show begins at 8:00 PM and will air live on statewide television (see stations by market below), while also streaming on the NFHS Network.
Host Marshall Harris will be joined by ‘Edgy’ Tim O’Halloran and the state’s resident bracketologist, Steve Soucie, who will provide an insider look at the qualifying teams and analysis on the paths to the State Championship games on Thanksgiving weekend (November 28-29) at Hancock Stadium in Normal.
