He did a great job transitioning from playing at Monmouth College one spring, then becoming our head baseball coach the next. He was extremely competitive with a clear passion for baseball and his players. I feel for his family, friends and all who worked alongside Coach Ball.”
After a successful All-Conference playing career at Monmouth College, Ball spent three seasons as the varsity head baseball coach at Monmouth-Roseville from 2022-2024, winning 37 games and taking the Titans to a regional championship game appearance in the spring of 2024. Ball, just short of his 27th birthday, leaves behind a loving wife, Alex, nearly 2-year old son, Atticus and another child expected to be born in April.
