Strom Center in Monmouth is hosting their annual Ice Cream Social. Enjoy ice cream, homemade cake, homemade pie, and drinks. Tickets are $3.50 for adults and $2.50 for children 12 and under. The Monmouth Municipal Band will begin playing at 6 pm.
