The Warren County Public Library will host a Trick or Treating event during their weekly Storey Time around the Square in Downtown Monmouth.
Show off your costume and trick or treat at local business. Start at the Warren County Public Library to hear a story and then enjoy tricking or treating on the square. This is a free event for children of all ages and their guardians.

Build a scarecrow from scratch at the Warren County History Museum. Straw will be provided, but please bring your own supplies to create your scarecrow. Free and open to the public. A special guest judge will be awarding prizes.
At the Historic and Spooky Orpheum Theatre. Doors open at 10 pm. Costume contest at 11 pm. Screening of the show at midnight. Adults 18 and older can attend. $10 tickets in advance. $12 at the door.

Join the Kirkwood Fire Department for a Trunk-or-Treating event at the firehouse. The department will also be handing out hotdogs while supplies last. Other community members and first responders will also be set up passing out treats.
