On Saturday, February 25th, the Buchanan Center for the Arts will host free for all area teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, staff, and any other education-related personnel to Teachers Caring for Teachers, an art and sustainable self-care brunch event in the BCA Gallery. Monmouth College Art Professor and BCA Board Member Stephanie Baugh explains the expected sessions during the event:

“We have five different sessions. There will be glass etching, model magic, and collage. We will work with air plants thanks to Bill Wallace, and we will also be doing some mindfulness meditation. It is a varied morning and does include brunch.”

Teachers Caring for Teachers will be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm on February 25th. Registration is recommended to ensure enough supplies are provided for attendees by February 1st, which can be completed online at https://www.bcaarts.org/post/art-and-sustainable-self-care-brunch.
