Erma L. Morrison, 90, of Monmouth, IL, passed away at 5:20 p.m., Friday, April 21, 2023 at Seminary Manor, Galesburg, IL. 

She was born on September 16, 1932 in Epworth, MO the daughter of William Raymond and Ora Estelle (Dodd) Winget. Erma graduated from Shelbina High School in Shelbina, MO. 

Erma married Bill Morrison on October 12, 1950 in Shelbina, MO; he preceded her in death on October 9, 2002. 

Erma worked as a bookkeeper at Wells Pet Food, Meling’s, and the Barnstormer.  She also worked as a cashier at the True Value Hardware Store.  Erma loved to paint, especially the wooden crafts that her husband made.  She also enjoyed arranging flowers, and helping those in need.  Most of all, Erma loved spending time with her family.  Erma was a member of 1st Baptist Church for many years and later the Four Square Gospel Church in Monmouth.

Surviving Erma are two daughters, Debra (Dave) Hoff of East Galesburg, IL, Donna (Rick) Winbigler of Monmouth, IL; three grandchildren, Joel (Emily) Winbigler of Richmond, VA, Kyle (Ashley) Winbigler of Galesburg, IL, Jenni Winbigler of Macomb, IL; eight great grandchildren, Lily, Anna, Jackson, James, Hannah, Jordyn, Aaron, and another to arrive in May.   

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her sister and brother-in-law, Mary & Paul Wood. 

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, May 1, 2023 at McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth, IL.  Interment will be in Warren County Memorial Park, Monmouth, IL.  Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.  Memorials can be made to the Gerlaw Christian Church or the Rescue Mission in Galesburg.  McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth is in charge of the arrangements.
