Patricia “Pat” A. Wunderlich, 74, of Galesburg, died peacefully Saturday morning June 3rd, 2023, at her daughter’s home surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with illness.

Pat was born on July 25, 1948, in Galesburg, the daughter of Jean Douglas and Alma “Sally” (Johnke) Pickrel. She married Thomas L. “Tom” “Chopper” Wunderlich. He preceded her in death on May 17th, 2023.

She is survived by a daughter, Lori (Richard) Youngquist of Galesburg; her grandson, Jordan (fiancé Hilary) Sadiq of Gilbert, Arizona and three recently added additional grandsons. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.

Pat graduated from Galesburg High School in 1967. She went on to work at F&M Bank for over 40 years, before retiring as Mortgage Loan Officer/Assistant Vice President.

Cremation will be accorded. Per Pat’s humble request, no services are planned. Burial for Tom and Pat will be in the Gilson Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Pat may be made to the Cameron Christian Church.
