Search Warrant Leads to Two Drug Arrests

On 03/15/24 at approximately 1700 hours, Fulton County Sheriff’s Office deputies and members of the West Central Illinois Special Response Team served a search warrant in the 600 block of W. Ave E, Lewistown. At the time the search warrant was served, two individuals were located in the residence and subsequently taken into custody. 52 year old Frankie D. Tennison was arrested and charged with Class X Felony 720 ILCS 646/55 – Manufacture/Delivery of Methamphetamine 100 grams or more, Class X Felony 720 ILCS 646/60 – Possession of Methamphetamine 100 grams or more, and misdemeanor 720 ILCS 600/3.5 – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Also charged and taken into custody was 27 year old, Madison Hallmark. Hallmark was charged with Class 3 Felony 720 ILCS 646/60 – Possession of Methamphetamine and a Fulton County warrant. This arrest and search warrant are the culmination of an extensive investigation conducted over several months. Investigation of the incident is ongoing with more arrests expected. The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by officers of the Lewistown Police Department, Canton Police Department, West Central Illinois Special Response Team, Fulton County State’s Attorney’s Office, and Fulton County EMS.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
