A man is charged following a standoff in Moline.  Police say officers were called out yesterday to a home in the 32-hundred block of 40th Street on a report of a domestic disturbance.  A female at the home told officers that a male had a gun and was distraught.  Officers learned that Cayne Wilford had barricaded himself in the garage with the firearm.  Later that afternoon, the suspect fired a shot inside the garage and surrendered to police less than an hour later.  Wilford was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm.
