2024 Has Been Good So Far for Monmouth College’s Toberman

Story by Kadin Rogers

Monmouth College junior thrower Caleb Toberman capped off a fantastic 2024 season at the Division III national outdoor championships back on May 23rd in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Competing in the discus throw, Toberman had throws of 48.08 meters, and 44.79 meters on his first two attempts, while fouling on his third attempt to finish in 11th place nationally. While Toberman ended up missing the 9 person cut for national finals, the appearance in this season’s national meet adds on to a lengthy list of accomplishments for Toberman. For more on Toberman’s busy outdoor and indoor season for the Scots, here’s Monmouth College Sports Information Director Nathan Baliva.

Toberman will look to continue to carry the momentum of his junior into his final season of Scots track in 2025. For the full interview with Monmouth College Sports Information Director Nathan Baliva, visit the Sports Podcast section.
