NCAA Hoping Settlement Creates New System

 NCAA president Charlie Baker remains hopeful that a new system in college sports will allow schools to share more money with their athletes.  Baker said Monday that he hopes the terms of a settlement establish a way for schools to provide fair compensation for athletes without them turning into employees.  The NCAA plans to pay 2.8-billion-dollars in damages over the course of the next 10 years.
