Renovations at Jamieson Community Center’s New Marketplace Location Moving Right Along

Share

As renovations continue at the soon to be new location of Jamieson Community Center’s Thrift Store and Food Pantry, Executive Director Nancy Mowen explains the next steps:

“If everything holds well and schedules are not interrupted by anything, we may have construction finished by the end of September and then we will have to do the move in. We have a little way to go and the move is going to take a little bit of time too. We are likely to close the Thrift Store for a few days to be able to get everything transferred. The Food Pantry we will not close. We will make sure that we have stock at Jamieson as we are setting up the new pantry area, so that service will not be interrupted.”

The new location of Jamieson Community Center’s Marketplace will be at 1120 South Main Street.
