Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest in Fulton County

On 02/06/25 at approximately 1615 hours, deputies of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation on US 24 Hwy near Little America. During the traffic stop a K9 was requested to the scene and following a positive alert on the vehicle a search was conducted. During the search of the suspect vehicle 58 grams of methamphetamine, a small amount of cannabis , scales, and drug paraphernalia were located. The driver, 33 year old William Pascal of Lewistown, was subsequently taken into custody. Pascal was also discovered to be in possession of a “stun gun” upon his arrest. Pascal was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver 15-100 grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle, Driving while License Suspended, and Unlawful Use of Weapons. Pascal was transported to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office pending a hearing in Fulton County court and was subsequently detained pending trial on 02/07/25.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
