Trespassing Suspects Arrested in Macomb

On February 24th, 2025, the Macomb Police Department responded to the report of subjects trespassing within a residence in the 500 block of N. Randolph St. Upon officers’ arrival, Samantha McLeish (36, Macomb, IL) and Kenneth Dollman (37, Macomb, IL) were located and identified as the offenders. After a thorough investigation into the incident, it was determined that Dollman was in possession of stolen property which linked him to several recent burglaries within Macomb.

Following the investigation, Dollman was arrested and charged with Burglary, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Possession of a Firearm without a FOID, Criminal Trespass, and Possession of Stolen Property. McLeish was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both subjects were provided with Notice to Appear Citations and released from custody per the SAFE-T Act.

Both individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
