On Saturday, May 10th, OSF HealthCare is hosting a free Mental Health Fair at the Knox County YMCA. OSF Program Manager of Community Health, Emily Brooks, highlights the event:

“In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, which is all of May, we are going to have all kinds of community partners part of this event to talk about the resources with handouts, all kinds of things that we have in our area to help with your overall mental health and well-being. So, really excited to put on this event. It is free, so anybody that is out and about, bring the family and kids. There is going to be activities, we are working on getting our therapy dogs there as well, just all kinds of great things for the whole family to come out and just be together, interact, learn, and educate about what is happening in the Knox community to help your overall mental health and well-being.”

The Knox County Mental Health Fair with OSF HealthCare will take place from 9 am to noon in the McBride Gym at the Knox County YMCA.
