Vice President of Business Strategy at McDonough District Hospital, Patrick Osterman, informs May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

“A lot has been said on that. We know how crucial mental health services are, not only for this region, but really for the entire country. Just a great opportunity to continue to bring awareness to what we would call a growing problem in our society.”

Osterman also informs during the month of May there is also Nurses Week, National Healthcare Worker week, and National Hospital week as well.
