With graduation in the books and the end of another school year in sight, the West Central Board of Education will hold their monthly meeting Wednesday, May 21st at 6 pm. Superintendent Stacey Day informs the board meetings in May focus on school improvement:

“The highlight of our May board meeting is always our school improvement plans, so each of the buildings have been working all year, but a lot during second semester going back through their data, what is working, what’s not working and trying to find those goals and focus points as we move forward. Each building team will present their school improvement plan for next school year to the Board. It is fun to see what they as staff, what they see and what their ownership is and what we are doing to move forward.”

Last day of attendance for West Central students is also this Wednesday, with a Teacher Institute Day on Thursday to complete the 2024-2025 school year.
