From telehealth to artificial intelligence, technology is transforming healthcare daily. Graham Health System Chief Operating Officer Ali Sours shares how they are evolving in this technology driven era:

“Healthcare is always evolving, and we feel very fortunate as an independent health system to be able to respond quickly as things change. We don’t have a lot of red tape, we are able to respond as we need to as things continue to change on a day-to-day basis. Recently, the health system has made significant investments in our imaging equipment, so we are able to offer high quality images more quickly to our patients. We also have investigated where we might invest in AI technology; in ways that might help the patient experience in-patient services.”

Graham Health System is comprised of one hospital based in Canton, with twelve satellite clinics in five counties throughout the region. Additionally, expansions are underway in Galesburg with the construction of an ambulatory surgery center and a second location opening in Macomb.
