At the recent Monmouth City Council meeting, Larry Myers was recognized for his years with the Monmouth Police Department, along with additional work anniversaries, reports Communications Director Ken Helms:

“Officer Larry Myers got a Longevity Award for 25 years. We also had a couple others, we had Officer Casaro, he had a 29-year anniversary a couple of months ago and then we also had Officer Thompson with his 21 years. Over the last year we have hired a couple of new officers, Officer Griselda Ricco and Officer Eli Gualdemaz Santos, so they have completed their one-year anniversary.”

Additionally, City Council did propose an ordinance with the Monmouth Police Department Composition to add a full-time School Resource Officer in the Monmouth-Roseville School District.
