Thursdays through June and July, OSF HealthCare Holy Family Medical Center has teamed up with the Warren County YMCA and the Regional Office of Education to launch Moms on the Move. Community Health Program Manager Emily Brooks shares the details:

“Every Thursday through June and July, we will have Moms on the Move from 10 am to 11 am. We will meet at the Warren County YMCA. Whether you are a mom that is expecting, you are a mom with young kids, even if you have toddlers and you want to join, come join us; or if you are a mom and you just want to be part of it, come on down. We just want to have a good time and connect moms with other moms, just get out of the house, ask questions, get the resources they need, and get active and feeling good.”

Moms on the Move is free to attend. Registration can be done on the OSF Holy Family Medical Center Facebook page.
