The Discover Wellness Summit is back on Friday, September 19 at Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg, Illinois. Presented by Bridgeway, Carl Sandburg College, and Galesburg Community Foundation, this wellness conference features two renowned keynote speakers, wellness breakout workshops, a wellness fair, and more— all for FREE to community members.
The first keynote of the day is Ian Shea. Ian is the CEO and founder of I M Human and works with companies to ensure mentally happier and emotionally healthier employees. I M Human fosters human connections that turn Life Moments into opportunities for growth. The second keynote speaker is Juan Bendana. Juan is a highly sought-after speaker, entrepreneur, and a coach to the top CEO’s, Olympians, Grammy Award-Winning Artists, Actors, and Fortune 500 Leaders. He works with globally recognized organizations, helping their leaders get to the next level.
But that’s not all, The Discover Wellness Summit will also feature over 20 breakout sessions provided by local experts in different dimensions of wellness— from mindfulness to meditation, grief to stress management, or health literacy to financial well-being, participants are bound to find breakout sessions that will interest them.
