Legacy Estates Senior Living in Monmouth is under new ownership and undergoing renovations and upgrades to the building, informs Executive Director Paula Anderson:
“We have become part of the Tutera Senior Living family recently. They are doing a lot of upgrades to our building. They have recently done a block of five rooms that they have done a complete renovation on, which includes high-end laminate flooring, painting, light fixtures, faucets throughout the apartments, upgraded to a taller refrigerator; they see the importance of the building, and they are really putting money into it and it is exciting.”
Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is based out of Kansas and operates 108 senior living communities in eleven states nationwide.
