Assembled in 2018, the Turnbull Heritage Museum has a private collection of artifacts, dating back to 1884, on display for the public to view, shares John Turnbull:

“These are my family artifacts that started a long time ago before automobiles and planes. It is really good and I think people will like it. Things that you won’t see in the future, the family pieces that they used to earn a living, have a career in Warren County, in Monmouth. First of all, doing undertaking and then funeral directing. It is all on display at 301 South Main Street, in the former facility of Turnbull Funeral Home, which my family started. It is to me ideal for a museum.”

While there are no set hours for the museum, Turnbull encourages visitors to call 309-371-3595 to ensure the lights are on.
