The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office has launched a mobile app designed to provide residents with easy access to important county information. Sheriff Matt Link highlights information that can be obtained through the app:
“There is a whole bunch of information on there. You can click on different buttons, and it will send you to different sites or information for the Sheriff’s Office or within the county itself. Within the app, there are things on there even for our Crimestoppers where you can click a button to submit a tip. There are buttons on there for our Circuit Clerk’s office where you are able to pay a minor traffic ticket or pay on your fine. We have buttons on there that goes directly to our Health Department. There is even a place where you can go directly and search sex offenders. Our application is on there as well. You can search real estate, get tax information, court cases, and the good thing about it, I am able to send our push notifications through the app.”
