Today and tomorrow, ICS students will present their Spring Musical of The Lion King, Jr. inside Dahl Chapel on the Monmouth College campus. Hayven Rundle, who will star as Simba, shares more about the experience:
“It is a roller coaster. The hyenas are hilarious. Timon and Pumbaa are favorite characters. It is amazing. It is such an honor to be able to do this at our small school and be able to do it as a play. Thank you to Dahl Chapel for letting us use their theater for us to be able to perform this.”
Times for the three performances The Lion King Jr. are 1:30 and 6 pm today and at 6 pm, Thursday, March 12th, all at Dahl Chapel. General admission is $5, kindergarten through 5th grade students are $3, and children five and under are free.
