Back for the second year, the Recharge Teen Center and ISO Threads are teaming up once again to host the Youth Business Expo. Amy Rogers, Director at Recharge, explains the concept that 4th graders and teens through the age of 19 participate in:
“They create their own business, make their own product, come up with their own logo, and do their own advertising. We help them along the way. We have little meetings just to help keep them going, get established, and stay organized. Then in June, we will be having the Youth Business Expo at Recharge. They will have their booths set up in our parking lot and we will invite the public to come shop the booths.”
Rogers informs woodworking, keychains, 3D printed items, jewelry, baked goods, and more are among the products to be sold during the Youth Business Expo, Saturday, June 6th at the Recharge Teen Center in Monmouth from 10 am to 1 pm.
