Through a growing investment in local properties, Maple City Warehouse is transforming unused properties into new opportunities. One ongoing project is at 94 and 96 Public Square in Downtown Monmouth, explains Owner and Operator Jason Robbins:

“We renovated the basement, we have done a lot of work on the foundation. The first floor we have already leased out, 96 Public Square, which is where Stanton Insurance use to be. It will be Chicken Fingers To Go, they are coming soon,” says Robbins.

“In that building, those windows have been boarded up for as long as I can remember. With a partnership with the City of Monmouth, we have purchased those windows and we are going to cut those bricks back out, raise those windows to the original height, and replace all of those windows in that building. That is a three story building. I would hope that we could get those windows installed within the next six to eight weeks,” Robbins adds.

Additionally, Robbins shared renovations at 104 East 1st Avenue in Monmouth are complete and Martin House Cafe will be opening soon.
