During the latest Monmouth City Council meeting, Mayor Rod Davies conducted re-appointments of City employees and individuals on the Fire and Police Pension Boards:
“We had four mayoral re-appointments to be done. One is for the Freedom of Information Officer and that is our City Clerk Melissa Teel. Then we had an Affirmative Action Officer/Civil Rights Coordinator, and this is our Account Manager Kathy Norris. Then we have some re-appointments for Fire Pension Board and Police Pension Board. To the Police Pension Board, we re-appointed Mike Jurgens and Don Daily and for the Fire Pension Board it was Ryan Painter and Dorothy Ricketts.”
Additionally, Mayor Davies signed a proclamation proclaiming the month of May as Motorcycle Awareness Month in the City of Monmouth and urges all motorists to join in the effort to improve safety and awareness on the roadways.
