Trevor Davies of McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory in Monmouth, has been named the President of the Illinois Funeral Directors Association:
“It is an honor to be at the helm of the Association this year. I have one of the best Board’s that anybody could ask for this year to work alongside with. We have members of the Board that are from smaller communities, some from more urban, large areas; it is a great mix. We have people who are in various areas of our profession that are on the Board that really gives us a well-rounded view of funeral services as a whole in the state of Illinois which helps drive what we are doing, which is always to promote funeral services, as well as protect funeral service. I’m very grateful for the folks I get to work alongside with.”
Davies previously served the Illinois Funeral Directors Association as the President-Elect, Secretary/Treasurer and Region 2 Director.
