Martin House Cafe is now open in Monmouth at 104 East 1st Avenue. Co-Owner Jenna Martin shares the inspiration behind opening a coffee and lunch location, plus a bookstore:
“I have always wanted a coffee shop and bookstore. When the opportunity arrived, I jumped on it. I just love the cozy vibe that it gives off. A good place for everybody to sit down and bring the community together, bring friends together; just a good place for people to come and grade papers, work on their studies, and things like that. Bring the community back together.”
Martin House Cafe is open Mondays through Saturdays 7 am to 2 pm and 9 am to 2 pm on Sundays.
