On Thursday, July 9th, Strom Center in Monmouth will be hosting their Ice Cream Social, which is open to the entire public, reminds Director Carol McCrery:
“The serving is going to be from 5 to 7 pm. What is a little bit different this year, the band has always started playing around 7 pm, this year they are going to start playing at 6 pm, which is great. People can really sit early and enjoy the ice cream, cake, or pie and then be listening to the band. We are so very, very grateful to the Monmouth Municipal Band,” shares McCrery.
“We do have it inside and if anybody would like to provide any donations of homemade pies or cakes, those would be very greatly appreciated,” McCrery adds.
Cost for the Ice Cream Social at Strom Center is $3.50 for adults and $2.50 for children 12 years old and under.
