Thirty-one young ladies took the stage this past Sunday to kickoff the 2026 Henderson County Fair during the Fair Queen Pageant, held at the West Central Middle School. Kailey Meyer was crowned Little Miss Henderson County Fair Queen, who shares her pageant experience:
“I loved the dance. I loved the walk. It was super beautiful,” says Meyer.
Collins Greer was crowned the 2026 Junior Miss Henderson County Fair Queen:
“I was kind of nervous, but I was also pumped because I met so many new friends. Be sure to enjoy it and have fun with it,” Greer shares.
And your Miss Henderson County Fair Queen is Kaylee Mills:
“Pageant interviews started at 10 am with the littles and juniors. Right after that the queens went. After interviews happened, the queens had lunch with the judges and the pageant started at 4 pm. I wasn’t going to do the pageant this year, but then I had a conversation with Jackie, and she convinced me to do it. It is a lot of fun, you get to try new things, and make new friends,” adds Mills.
