For the Warren County Prime Beef fans out of there, the theme of this years festival is “Red, White, and Beef.” As beef plays a huge role in our community, this is a great theme to pay tribute to the 250th year of America! Here is Aubrey McVey discussing the greatness of the 2026 festival theme.
“So, our theme this year for the Warren County Prime Beef Festival is “Red, White, and Beef”, and it’s paying tribute to 250 years of the United States, but to also the fact that beef is very prominent in our county, and honestly all of our cattle guys know right now, the beef market is crazy, so it’s worth celebrating at this point in time. The theme plays a really big role in the parade overall. I think red, white, and blue will be one of those themes that all local businesses and organizations can really take part in and go all out on those floats, so we’re really excited to see that get started.”
“So this year, the Prime Beef Festival runs September 5th through the 12th, and there’s events starting on Saturday. We kick off with the pageant, and it runs all the way through the following Saturday for dirt track races. There is everything there, I mean I think all of us here on the festival board can contest to the fact that it is a jammed pack week, and there’s something for everybody.”
Celebrating 250 years, the Prime Beef Festival had no better way than to celebrate America’s birthday by coming up with a “Red, White, and Beef” theme for this years’ festival. Keep your calendar open for September 5th-12th and keep a look out for any more information to come.
