The countdown to another school year has officially begun. As families prepare, Monmouth-Roseville Superintendent Ed Fletcher has important upcoming dates regarding registration and Back-to-School night:
“Online registration will begin July 31st. Information will be sent out to families in the near future. IN-person registration will be held on August 5th form 11 am to 7 pm at the District Office. Then new teacher orientation is August 13th, so all of our newbies get to come and meet with myself and the administrative team to hear all the things about what is going on in the District Office and things they need to be prepared for. Then August 17th is the first day back for all staff,” reports Fletcher.
“August 18th is the Back-to-School Open House. The Junior High Open House will be 4:30 to 6 pm; Lincoln is 5 to 6:30 pm; Harding will be 5:15 to 6:45 pm; Central Intermediate will be 5:30 to 7 pm; and the High School will be 5:45 to 7:15 pm,” Fletcher adds.
Kindergarten through ninth grade students will start on Wednesday, August 19th, with all students returning to the classroom on Thursday, August 20th.
