Elevator Renovations Complete, Warren County Housing Eyes New Five-Year Improvement Plan

With complete elevator renovations now complete at Costello and Oak Terrace in Monmouth, Warren County Housing Executive Director Hank Shimmin says they are already preparing for the next five-year action plan:

“We are planning on windows, some bathroom remodels, and appliance replacements. One plan that we are for sure doing is appliance replacements at Lincoln Homes. We are converting all the gas stoves to electric.”

Shimmin reports Warren County Housing has also received a radon mitigation grant, which they are currently mitigating 63 units that tested positive for radon.
