The Prime Beef Festival brings great opportunities for our community. This year, the Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau will be at the festival where they will be doing a meet and greet for the festival crowd. Ashlyn Quinn discusses more about what’s to come for the Farm Bureau at the Prime Beef Festival.

“We will also, the Farm Bureau, will be at the Prime Beef Festival this year. We’re excited to try something new. We will be out there on Thursday and Friday nights. We’ll be near the Tri-County Cattlemen tent, and we’re doing kind of a meet your local officials, meet your legislature type deal. So, on Thursday night we’ll have members of local government out. So, we’ll be inviting school boards, city officials, and off sorts of people, like the county board to have out there and be known around, and if you have questions, concerns, always wanted to meet those people, or just know who it is that represents you locally, hopefully we’ll have them there that evening that you can stop by and talk to them. Then the next night, on Friday night, we’ll be inviting some of our state representatives, senators, and our federal will be invited as well. We’re excited to be out there. Stop by, get a sandwich from Tri-County, and then come over into our tent and talk to those people who help develop the policy in laws that effect your everyday life.”

Always wanted to meet and talk to those important people that help develop the policies in laws? The Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau tent at the Prime Beef Festival is the perfect opportunity. For more information, checkout their website whfarmbureau.org.
