Another school year has arrived. Tuesday, August 18th is Backpack Night for Monmouth-Roseville students across the entire district. High School Principal Eric Matthews says enrollment numbers land where they were anticipated:
“We are right around 430 kids, a little over 100 per class. It is a good number. We continue to see our numbers grow at the GAVC classes in Galesburg. We are right around 30 to 35, which is awesome for those kids to be able to have that opportunity to take welding and trades, all those different things.”
Kindergarten through 9th Grade students enrolled at Monmouth-Roseville return to the classroom on Wednesday, August 19th, with all grades returning Thursday, August 20th.
