Warren County celebrated 200 years Saturday with the Warren County Bicentennial Celebration at the Warren County History Museum in Monmouth.
The afternoon featured the Monmouth Municipal Band, a historical slideshow highlighting communities throughout Warren County, and remarks from several local and state leaders.
Speakers included Monmouth Mayor Rod Davies, Warren County Sheriff Martin Edwards, State Representative Dan Swanson, State Senator Mike Halpin, retired social studies and history instructor Tom Best, Turnbull Heritage Museum Owner John Turnbull, Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau President Justin Allaman, and Republican nominee for Warren County Sheriff AJ Cox.
