The search for a new CEO of McDonough District Hospital continues to move forward as a firm out of Kansas City is leading the way and conducting screening interviews. Vice President of Business Strategy, Patrick Osterman, shares the next steps:
“Our timeline right now, in November we have a couple of days set aside to do some virtual interviews with candidates. After that, we are going to narrow down our list and ideally around the first part of December, bring two, probably three candidates on site. That way they can see what Macomb has to offer, see what McDonough District Hospital has to offer. Then hopefully before Christmas we will have a candidate targeted and make a hiring announcement before Christmas.”
Wanda Foster is currently serving as the interim Chief Executive Officer of McDonough District Hospital.
